With corporations, he helps CEOs transform companies in an integrated way combining outperformance, creating a new future, empowerment and raising awareness. With individuals, his passion is to help people find and explore their highest callings.
Steve's Story
Steve became aware of his highest calling to become a CEO confidant and global transformation consultant when he was 24 years old. His life has been focused on working with CEOs and helping them to transform their companies. Along the journey he co-authored the Secrets of CEOs - 200 CEOs on business, life and leadership, Dream to Last with 100 Chinese CEOs and he was the BBC CEO guru on leadership. He also created the Beyond Unity transformational framework which was recognised as the ‘most mold breaking approach to leadership’ by the Management Partners Forum.
